Tenth Inning Productions

Matthew Yerby is great friends with my boyfriend Blake. He is artistic in many ways. He started running a modeling agency called Tenth Inning Entertainment LLC. This is an agency that provides music video models and even provides full story-lines for the music videos for local bands. They are a full service production! So of course he needed great photos of the girls to get the website rolling! Here are some of my favorites from the day! Be sure to keep an eye out on Facebook for Tenth Inning Productions! Thanks to these three GORGEOUS girls for coming out and being amazing models!

The Turner Family!

Angelina is another friend I met through working at Wine Country. After Angelina caught wind of my house fire back in August, she contacted me trying to give me the shirt off her back! I seriously could not have asked for better friends at the time! Wanting to help in anyway she could, she went ahead and paid for a session fee and the largest print package I offer. She wanted to wait until closer to Christmas to have the pictures made to use as Christmas gifts to her family. After having to reschedule several times due to rain, we finally got a perfect day! She took me out to her and her husband's beautiful land at their farm! We got some fantastic photos! Her and her husband, Tyler were very pleased! Thank you so much Angelina for really reaching out when I needed it most! I am very proud to have such great friends pumping such good karma into this world! I loved getting to catch up! Here are some of my favorites!

Rebecca & Jeremy Engagements

Rebecca and Jeremy are another set of friends of mine from our Superior's Steakhouse days. We had such a cool group of friends there! Many friends that I have made a friend for life out of! Rebecca and Jeremy are two of them. When Rebecca asked me to shoot these engagements, I was thrilled! I couldn't wait to show off a love, to everyone else, that I had already seen for myself! They wanted to do something pretty and by a lake. The first thing that always comes to mind is my mom and stepdad's house! They live in a perfect little nook on Black Bayou in Benton! We headed down to the lake and got what is one of my favorite sessions-- now I know I always say that! But seriously! Have you seen these? You can feel their love oozing out of their photos! It made me sooo happy to have gotten such great photos of them!! Rebecca and Jeremy, thank you so much for letting me shoot your special day, and also take your engagement and bridal photos! You have no idea how much it means to me to share such a special day with both of you!! Y'all have come so far and grown together over the years and it has been such a great show to watch! Love both of you so much! I can't wait to watch y'all tie the knot!!!!

Christmas minis day TWO!

After my first day of Christmas minis was rained out I had to reschedule. Getting eight families on the same page for a second day for rescheduled shoot is harder than it sounds! So I did two days! This allowed me to book a total of 18 Christmas minis! Wow!!! I was the busiest beaver you've ever seen before Christmas time when it came to editing! My boyfriend had to have extra patience (Thanks Blake, you're the best!) because I wasn't exactly a treat to be around with being so busy! However, I can't say I would have traded it for a thing. I had 18 very successful sessions and happy families with such precious Christmas cards! So although this blog post is a little late, I still had to share! Hope you all enjoy these beautiful families!

Margaret Rountree Bridals

Margaret was a bride that found me by searching Shreveport/Bossier photographers! I love these kind of stories! Her mom insisted that she have bridal photos taken in her gorgeous wedding dress before she ran off to marry her future hubby in New Orleans. I told her I had a great location, and after describing it to her she agreed it sounded good. We sat there as it rained off and on for two hours during hair and makeup. I prayed, while staring out the window, for it to stop. We shot inside for about 10 minutes then all the sudden clear skies came through! I have never been so grateful! This shoot turned out to be far more amazing than either of us could have imagined. Hair and makeup was done by the talented, Bridgette Giba, once again who I would recommend to everybody!! Thanks Margaret, for choosing me as the photographer to take these very gorgeous bridals!
