So! My boyfriend's mom is COMPLETELY out numbered in the ratio of girls/guys in her family! There is her hubby, herself, and THREE BOYS!! I know that was tough! [All hail Mrs. Susan] ;) Anyway, since Blake and I started dating she has wanted a photo shoot of her three boys. I have tried my very hardest to get them all on the same schedule so we can give her an awesome photo of the three of them. It hasn't worked yet! They are busy to say the least! So Mrs. Susan finally decided she will have photos of the furry children instead. We took Mr. Carl's dogs to a tall grass field and then a pond and took some pretty cool photos! It was a little different shooting pets, since they don't understand what I'm doing! But I will say, we got some fabulous photos. I am so excited for Mrs. Susan to give them to Mr. Carl for Father's Day! He will be one happy pop! P.s. I promise that one day I will get the Meyer boys on the same schedule to have their photo made, even if it kills me!! :) Until then, meet Ammo, the brown lab, and Nelli, the black lab! The third photo is Ammo on high alert waiting for the toy to hit the water so he can fetch! I love the way the sunlight caught his eye there.

Three Nails Workshop
Hey there!
I recently attended Three Nails Photography workshop where I got to shoot a very vintage styled wedding, bridal session, and engagement session. I was encouraged at this workshop to do several things; Get a hair and makeup artist: check! Get a blog: check! I'm doing all these things in hopes to better myself/business. Here I met lots of new friends who have the same passion when it comes to our line of work. One friend's name was Kay! She has a sweet smile and I would always catch her giggling about something out of the corner of my eye! She told me about this blog. So here goes... I have been doing photography for almost 4 years now and my love for it is constantly growing. I have had a website for 3 years now but never got into this blogging thing! So this is me making a step in the right direction for my career. I will share with you all my adventures on this lovely journey of me thoroughly enjoying what I do, I hope you get some enjoyment out of it too!
Check out Kay's blog here: http://www.jillandkayphotography.blogspot.com/
Until next time here is some eye candy of my shots taken at the workshop!
