Working with Kyle and Amanda start to finish from engagements, to bridals, to wedding day coverage I grew super close with this couple. You can view their WHOLE WEDDING blog of which I recently posted. Amanda and Kyle wanted something different you don't see everyday for their engagements. Kyle has a love for his motorcycle and they both had a love for their cowboy boots so all of the above came to the session. Eskimo kiss, fake tackles tossing the football, hand holding, they were down for it all and wanted to display their love on another level. One word to describe this session to me, perfection! Love you guys!!!

Michelle and Todd Engagements
So super behind on blogs due to being crazy busy lately. I am going to make blogs short and sweet in order to catch everyone up on what I've been up to so they can catch a glimpse of each session. Michelle is another sweet friend I worked with Superior's Steak house years ago. She contacted me needing engagement photos done as she was planning her destination wedding. She had a friend would had land and a barn I was excited to see and shoot somewhere new. She had a vision for her save the date where we would write in chalk her wedding date on their cowboy boots. They brought their dog, and rivaling jerseys and giggled the entire session! They just returned from their destination wedding and it was so cool seeing photos from that. So happy Michelle has found the happiness she deserves in Todd and I wish you two all the best!!!

Mr. and Mrs. Bruner :)
Well, it has been a while since I have had time to blog as I have been in full blown wedding season and prime spring time for shoots. I promise I will try to do better since I know there are a couple people out there who actually read this stuff! (THANK YOU)
So I figured since I've deprived you of my blog posts recently I better start the posting back up with a bang.. so here goes!
I have known Kyle for quite sometime as we went to high school together. When I first heard from his fiance, Amanda, she was emailing me back and forth asking lots of questions, which I loved. I would rather my clients be informed than wonder. So we finally decided to meet at the Starbucks and chat more about the wedding and get started on a contract. Shy at first, Amanda quickly blossomed and became someone I can now call a friend! We got to know each other well shooting bridals, and engagements before the wedding day. So it's wedding day, I pull up to the venue and head inside. Everyone is still kind of scrambling setting up decor and flowers. I shot the details, then started with the boys. Photos of them getting ready, being crazy in the boys bathroom.. YICKS! Then on to the ladies. Got a couple really funny shots of the bridesmaids in a row zipping each other up. Next they gathered around Amanda in a circle and helped her in her wedding gown. It was special. One of my favorite shots from the whole day is of her grandmother who helped raise her putting in her earring. SO precious. Everyone starts to fill the venue so my second shooter, Heather Wilkinson, and I take position. Amanda was stunning coming down the aisle with her veil over her face, you could tell she was fighting back the tears SO hard. They had a super sweet ceremony where Kyle read out of his bible to her. They did a fantastic job holding their kiss as well! I do believe we got a total of 4 shots of that! (Insert high five) We carried on through the night with cowboy and cowgirl boots tearing up the dance floor left and right. They were my first wedding of the year 2014 and it started on the best note I could have asked for. It was one for the books to say the least.
Amanda wished that these vendors and friends be listed:
Wedding Planning: The McNeely's and family, Flowers: Summerlin Florist, Cake: Silver Palate Bakery, Venue: Los Palomas, Catering: Magnolia Catering

I would personally like to thank Heather Wilkinson Photography for tagging along with me to this wedding and being a fab second shooter. There are many photographers I look up to and you are for sure one of them!! Thanks so much for all your selflessness and hard work! XO
Amanda and Kyle, I can't thank y'all enough for letting me be by your side on one of the most important days of your lives. I saw true happiness and love in your relationship and that is why I love what I do. Your wedding was amazingly beautiful and it was my pleasure being able to witness and capture such a perfect union. I wish you both endless years of happiness together and lots of babies so I can take their picture too! I can't wait to tell them your story! All the best.. -Lauren
